European Researchers’ Night 2023

Resounding success of Lucentia in its participation in the European Researchers' Night 2023 at the University of Alicante, presenting the Balladeer project Last Friday 29th of September, Lucentia team was participating in the #EuropeanResearchersNight2023 organized by #UADivulga in one of the stands located in the central area of the University of Alicante. It should be noted that more than 40 scientific stations related to the different #research projects of the university itself were set up thanks to the work of more than 600 people. More than 9,600 people attended this event. Second sessions at the Balladeer trials

The Balladeer project gathers momentum in July to carry out the second session of tests on the participating children During these last weeks of July, we have been receiving participants to carry out the second session of the #Balladeer project experiment. Thus, in the first session, participants undergo the #CogniFit test, a series of cognitive experiences carried out digitally and supervised by the psychologists who are part of the project.  On the other hand, in the second session, three different tests are carried out: the #robots video game, the #slackline video game and the #Nesplora test. Balladeer continues to make progress in number of tests

The Balladeer project continues to make progress thanks to the 67 children who have visited us in recent months Lucentia's #Balladeer project, which aims to diagnose and treat Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (#ADHD), has reached a significant milestone by successfully completing 67 tests with children between 6 and 18 years old through its dedicated #laboratory. It was during the last week that the 60 tests were passed. In fact, it is expected that by the end of this month 70 #children and #adolescents will have passed through our laboratory located at the University Institute for Research in Computer Science (IUII) of the University of Alicante. Balladeer focuses on laying the foundations for future interventions in person-centred #intelligent #extendedreality #intelligent #environments. Its main focus lies in the study of brain activity and its evolution, using a platform that combines #BigData and #ArtificialIntelligence (AI) analysis. Elena Navarro meets with the Lucentia team

The UCLM professor met with the Lucentia team to establish the lines of action for the coming months within the Balladeer project On the 16th of November, we had the visit of Elena María Navarro Martínez from Lucentia Research Group. We received Navarro to agree on different points to be carried out within the research being developed in the #Balladeer project. Elena Navarro is Professor of Computer Science at the University of Castilla-La Mancha (UCLM). In addition, she is currently an active member of the LOUISE Research Group at the UCLM. Her current research interests are requirements engineering, software architecture, model-driven development and human-computer interaction. Specifically, he has more than 20 years of experience as a teacher in software engineering, with special focus on the application of .NET technologies for the development of cloud applications. Alicante Technology Forum 2022

Lucentia participates in the Alicante Technology Forum 2022 together with the University of Alicante and the Alicante Science Park showing the progress of the Balladeer project Lucentia RG team at the Alicante Technology Forum 2022 Last November 30th and December 1st and 2nd, different members of Lucentia could be part of the stand of the University of Alicante in the Alicante Technology Forum 2022. The #ATF2022 took place in different parts of the city of Alicante during the week of 29th November to 3rd December. This event aimed to put Alicante in the spotlight of technology thanks to the exhibitions of technological projects, conferences by technology experts, an international gaming championship, the ATF Battle Arena, and a festival of short films using mobile devices, the Alicante Smartphone Film Festival.
